Coramen is a town in Altara, located on the east bank of the River Eldar on the Great North Road, between Ebou Dar and Lugard. Coramen has a companion town called Alkindar, which is on the west bank of the Eldar. There is a ferry that connects the two towns. When Valan Luca's Traveling Show is traveling through Altara, they cross the ferry from Alkindar into Coramen. Despite the heavy presence of Seanchan troops, Tuon Athaem Kore Paendrag keeps her word to Matrim Cauthon not to betray them. While camped near Coramen, Renna Emain stabs Egeanin Tamarath and then steals a horse. She almost makes it back to Coramen when Harnan kills her with a crossbow bolt.
