The Visage of Giyua is a legendary voodoo mask for the Witch Doctor in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop. It was the only mask that could improve skills in ways other than damage post 2.0. The unique affix summons a fresh Fetish Army upon killing two elites (an elite pack counts as a single kill, counter resets if you die), fully benefiting from runes and enhancements, ignoring cooldown, but only one at a time. If you do not have that skill, it will summon them unmodified.
