Plu Via is the owner of Umbrella Heaven in New Ashos. It comes as no surprise that she sells umbrellas. The first time that you approach her, she'll be outside her shop. Apparently, she's come into possession of some rather "bad" umbrellas and has only just realized so. She will ask the Hero to check on some customers who have recently bought one and see if they're okay.
