Sstare is a very deadly attack, and can kill you just by staring at you. You have to act like you don't give a crap and then stare at someone with a huge yet completely flat face, like shown in the picture. Just don't use it too often. Sstaring more than twice in a year can only be done by Dog The Bounty Hunter.
