The unnamed Waiter worked at the La La Lounge, an expensive restaurant where Tyrone Dobbs had taken Molly Compton one evening in July 2008 with the intention of proposing to her. Tyrone had informed the waiter to bring out a bottle of cava - complete with a sparkler after their meal - as his grand gesture to Molly. His plan was overshadowed however, as the restaurant lights were dimmed, a band started playing and a couple who were dining at a nearby table got engaged. Totally oblivious to the fact that Tyrone had been upstaged, the waiter who was already heading towards their table with the cava got swiftly ushered away.
