Wesson is one of the two enchanters you need to select from to become your Enchanter for your Battle Tower. He is part of the quest Enchanted I'm sure and is originally found on Sentinel Island next to his wife Ginny. His specialty is armor. You can Mindread him and he is worried about his shop, he think bandit may want to steal him.
