The Hoenn Grand Festival started in Hi-Ho Silver Wind! and ended in Rhapsody in Drew. Like most Hoenn Pokémon Contests, Vivian Meridian is the announcer. During the Grand Festival, 247 participants were entered. It was divided into different rounds. Coordinators were judged by 3-4 judges. After many rounds, Robert managed to win the contest, defeating the runner up Drew in the finals. He was awarded the Hoenn Ribbon Cup.
