Simon Morrison (born c.1986), known under the alias Adrian Chase, is the former District Attorney of Star City and a former close collaborator/friend of Oliver Queen as mayor, helping him in cleaning up the streets through the legal system. He is the serial killer who calls himself Prometheus, and not only knows that Oliver Queen is the Green Arrow, but has a personal vendetta against him as well. Having lost his father four years ago at the hands of The Hood, Adrian desired retribution, and spent his time afterwards studying The Hood's skills and history, while also uncovering Oliver's true identity as the Green Arrow.
