Since Altered Reality II, the most notable of these matches is the main event, when Insanity's LPW World Heavyweight Champion faces Inferno's LPW International Heavyweight Champion for the prestigious Martinez Cup, the highest accomplishment to achieve in the promotion. Insanity leads Inferno for most Martinez Cup victories, having won two of three matches.
