Lieutenant Chew is the last surviving officer of HazMat team Delta, he acompinies Cole to the demolitions room having cover fire by Delta teammates on plasma turrets. Lieutenant Chew after all the mutants have stopped assaulting says "Lets move it men". After the Theta then appears in the room by blowing the wall, he is knocked down but not killed. He is then killed by a Leaper after he fell in a room after falling down a deep tunnel.
