When Marine Captain Laera Reyolé arrived at the Enclave following her return to the Galactic Republic in the wake of her death and resurrection, Aewa was housed in the same residential cluster that contained the room to which she would be assigned. Aewa eventually became friends with the older Human as they both trained in the Force, with the young girl providing morale boosts every now and then as the two bonded.
