Vo Wacune was the capital city of the Wacite Arends and the Duchy of Wacune. It was destroyed by Asturian Arends in 2943, and the ruins still stood at the time of Garion's teenage years. It was one of the three original Arendish duchies and the Northern-most/Northeastern-most.
