PNS Alphand was a DuQuesne-class superdreadnought of the State Security Naval Forces. In 1915 PD, the Alphand was assigned to the Twelfth Fleet. The vessel was destroyed by computer command from Shannon Foraker when it seemed that the StateSec ships were about to attack the regular Navy units. (HH9)
