The International Archives was an organization on Earth responsible for the preservation of important public documents, including those meant to be kept classified for a period of time. The papers of Nathan Samuels, former Prime Minister of United Earth, were kept by the International Archives, and released to the public sometime before 2264, seventy-five years after Samuels's death.
