Ian Trimarak Vellacora was a male Starfleet officer who served during the 23rd century. Vellacora retired from Starfleet in 2268 with the rank of commander. He was reactivated on reference stardate 2/1612, with a promotion to captain and assigned to lead a diplomatic mission to the Gorn Hegemony. After completing the diplomatic mission, Captain Vellacora was reassigned to Starbase 12 on stardate 2/1708, until construction was complete on the Loknar-class USS Arkadelphia.
