HMS Penelope was a Nike-class battlecruiser of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Completed in 1921 PD and first commanded by Captain (SG) Jerome Conner, she was assigned to first division, Battlecruiser Squadron 106, and sent to the Talbott Quadrant.
