They were needed in Trapped in the Sky, to assist International Rescue when Fireflash had to make a emergency landing; Edge Of Impact, when Red Arrow 1 went out of control; and in Alias Mr. Hackenbacker, when first the D103 Airliner and later when Skythrust came in for a crash-landing.
