Canary Village (カナリアむら) is a location in EarthBound Beginnings. In the top floor of the Podunk department store, a salesperson will offer a Canary Chick for $80 dollars. If Ninten tells him he wants it but will not pay the price, he will give him the chick for free. The residents of Canary Village are solely birds; save for one resident, whom tells Ninten that the chick is the baby of a singing canary, Laura. If the chick is returned to its mother, she will sing the second melody to Ninten out of happiness. Canary Village is west of Podunk.
