Rantoon Gwa was a ninja and pirate active in Koryo around 1357 DR. He was an infamous murderer who served as second-in-command of notorious pirate Crow Dz Pong, commanding a Koryoan warship. Both were based out of a secret fortress south of Mo'ki Bay.
