In Galactic Conquest, go just north of Kashyyyk (the 4 way area) and angle your thumbstick to the right (but DO NOT move your ship there), Slowly start to move your thumbstick up. You should be connecting through empty space. This has been comfirmed on Xbox; there are no patches and only works one way.
