Smouldering Lamps is a Treasure Hunter promotion originally released in November 2014. Smouldering lamps can be used on skills that players already have bonus experience in - the smouldering lamp will instantly burn up the same amount of bonus experience as it would give normally, allowing the player to benefit from the experience immediately. They can still be used on skills with no bonus experience.
