The Headlands Cross State Line is a railway which connects Charleston to the rest of Sylvania. Approved by Congress by a proposal of the Labour Party and Conservative Nationalist Party in 2013, the Line is currently under construction and is planned to be finished by late 2016 or early 2017. The project was granted about 70.5 million dollars in funds which will provide for well paying jobs for the workers, rail, and new trains for the route.
