Samuel was a Jewish butcher in Azor, Palestine. He was a member of the Second Irgun, and provided a safe-house for Yakov and Miriam. When the two expressed the desire to kill Chaim Perelman, Samuel made arrangements for a safe-house in Ashqelon. They recontacted Samuel after they'd carried out their mission. Upon seeing the massive outpouring of grief for Perelman, the two left. Samuel attempted to give words of comfort.
