An aqua liquid. This item is used to release karma from certain folks. Where to find Aqua Liquid They can be found in the Undersea City inside a white Memory stone. From Old Capital 1, head North then West then North once more to reach a room with three Asrai and one Hobbledy. Beat these folks and the three more Hobbledy that will appear. This will spawn the white memory stone which will either contain the Aqua Liquid or a Purple Liquid. Leave the area and retry if needed.
