Beluh Elana is Team Enigma's secretary and an inexperienced battler. she plays little part in the game but will give you a TM if you come to her house at Battle Park after defeating the Elite Four. She uses an Aipom which later evolves into an Ambipom. She later marries Shardz Eagun.
