Senbei uses this device while Arale is at school, allowing him to see her teacher's panties. He asks Arale to take a bath at Midori's house in hope to see her naked, but his plan failed due to Arale removing her glasses. Senbei ends up scared due to Arale meeting Donbe while returning the Norimaki Residence.
