The Trust Assasins are a type of trust soldier featured in Conduit 2's story mode. They specialize in using the AR-C Eclipse, and can use it in the same way players do, this means that these enemies will use the cloaking feature of the gun often to find a better attack position or to hide from Ford's fire. They aren't any different from other types of trust soldiers in regards of their armor stats, so they can be killed with a single headshot, even when cloaked.
