Scruff Roc is the boss of the Orange Kingdom in the game, Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. It is a large, rainbow colored bird with a black egg in it's claws. It is the first of the Roc bosses. It's main attack is flapping it's wings to send down sharp feathers. To defeat it, Donkey Kong must damage the egg. Eventually, the egg will explode, and Scruff Roc will explode as well.
