Vincent van Dough is the famous cookie artist who spoofs Vincent van Gogh, as seen in the Sesame Street special, The Cookie Thief. Among his works are A Starry Cookie Night, Cookie Flowers, Self Portrait and The Cookie Eaters, the latter of which is featured in a flashback.
