The Talking Bone was a tyrossum jaw bone used by the Wookiees of the Rock Council to signify who had the right to speak at the council. If another being wanted to speak, they had to fight whoever had the bone for the right to speak. During the fight the two participants could not use weapons, claws or the Force as learned by Leia Organa Solo after using the Force to defeat Tojjelnoot who had the bone before her.
