by user LeDopore Image:Fastfood.jpg High school health class will spell out all the dangers of unprotected sex, but when it comes to proper nutrition, students are left to their own devices. In my blog post, I put the risk of fast food in perspective by showing that eating one fast food meal is 5 to 50 times more likely to kill an average American through weight-related disease than HIV/AIDS is from a single act of unprotected sex with an otherwise-healthy American chosen at random. Unbelievable? I used CDC data and published studies, all cited; please double-check them if you're in doubt.
