Julian Mendez is a boy who was born in Mexico, but when his older sister died of cancer, his family moved to Danville where his grandfather, Major Monogram, was co-leading the OWCA along with Admiral Wanda Acronym. His family met the Bennetts, and the families became very good friends, especially since they both were affiliated with the OWCA.
