The Flap Jack creature is a creature made when Flapjack did not eat his pancakes without maple syrup. After having been left uneaten for so long it expired and became riddled with fungus, somehow the fungus gave it sentience and it was able to grow legs and arms. When Lord Hotcakes planned to enslave Flapjack and K'nuckles the pancakes managed to jump and knock him out thus saving the adventurers. It then decided to continue the maple syrup production on the island, it also gave many kegs of syrup to Flapjack and K'nuckles.
