Richard Stiles was a Human Earth Starfleet officer in the 2150s. In 2155, Stiles was doing research in Berengaria VII's wilderness when the Romulans attacked. Stiles attempted to warn Captain Hutchinson at Starbase 1 and T'Kumbra, but was killed by Romulan fire. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
