Robert Carlo "Rob" Mariano (commonly known as Boston Rob) is the Sole Survivor of Survivor: Redemption Island. He originally competed on Survivor: Marquesas, Survivor: All-Stars, and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains. Rob also competed alongside Amber on The Amazing Race, and is often referenced as one of the historical touchstones of Survivor strategy, as evidenced by Phillip's deployment of "the Boston Rob rules" on Survivor: Caramoan.
