Bei-Han is a city-state on the eastern edge of the Glimmering Sea in southern Allansia. After the death of its ruler, Baron Bluestone, Kallamehr was flung into a war with the city-state of Alkemis. Although Kallamehr prevailed, Bei-Han, never a friendly neighbour, sought to take advantage of its weakened state, massing its armies on the northern border of Kallamehr.
