[Source] The Besalisk Dexter Jettster enjoyed the taste of a lettuce variety called pink lettuce and served it in his restaurant on the planet of Coruscant before the establishment, Dex's Diner, was destroyed during the first two years of the Galactic Empire's rule. The lettuce was an ingredient in Jettster's Zeltros slider, a dish inspired by time he had spent on the eponymous planet.
