Route 6 is a mountainous northeast-southwest road in western Genesin. Its northeastern terminus is at Castorite City and its southern terminus is at Gloombridge Town. A bicycle path runs through the center of the route. In Pokémon BlueMoon, Cocytus Cavern runs beneath the bike path, and the route remains covered in ice and snow throughout the year.
