Impar (or Promi IID) was a uninhabited (disregarding scientist and sparse animal life) class-L planet under Federation scientific jurisdiction due to it's uniquely developed life. Impar was discovered in the early 24th century was disregarded until the 2420s when a Federation survey vessel discovered the life on the northern continent.
