Skaal was a Rakata of the Infinite Empire. He was in charge of the underground Rakatan droid manufacturing facility on Tatooine. After being defeated by Darth Kahn, Kahn offered him a place in his Resistance. Skaal was promoted to General and later when Kahn's Empire was formed he was allowed on the Imperial Council.
