In 3642 BBY he was stationed at the Jagged Plains Imperial Garrison on Hoth, from where he tapped into Republic communications in order to spread misinformation - from claiming poisonous food to be edible to claiming that Pantran whitefangs could be trained to serve the Republic scouts.
