It was founded by Jaari2012 and launched on October 25, 1991. The channel mostly broadcasts kids' shows, mostly animated programming. aimed at children ages 8-15. With shows having a TV-PG rating, or a TV-Y7 rating. and targets older teens and adults with its late night block DOWN. launched on September 2000. It also has a related channel called Past. launched on June 1999.
