Leonid Brezhnev the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, from 1964 until his death in 1982. On November 24, 1974, Doc Brown was present when Gerald Ford met with Leonid Brezhnev in the Soviet Union to sign an agreement limiting the amount of strategic arms that both countries could possess. In 1993, Doc hung a picture of himself with Ford and Brezhnev in his chicken restaurant.
