A Tropical Wave emerged off of the coast of West Africa the storm started to develop into a Tropical Low but conditions dwindled and the low weakened back into a tropical wave. The storm continued westwards for a few days before making landfall near the Belize/ Guatemala border. The Storm then emerged into the Eastern Pacific on April 19th. The storm then stalled off the coast around 500 miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico.
