The tower later acted as a safe haven for all those who feared Scourge the Hedgehog's wrath after his takeover of Moebius, but was unable to be protected against the Suppression Squad when they stole Dr. Kintobor's Globe Posts. The tower's force field was also unable to keep out Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose when they arrived from Mobius Prime via Star Post portal. (StH: #193)
