Callen and Sam find their day off being interrupted as they answer a mysterious phone call with the caller threatening the lives of many innocent people across Los Angeles if the two NCIS agents don't comply with the demands while OSP investigate what's going on and discover that one of their cases from the past has returned with a vengeance.
