The Makray River is located on Starns, one of the islands that make up an archipelago dubbed the Battle Islands. A fault runs under the Makray, thus creating a lot of flooding and earthquakes in the area. Evumeimei Dingzai was able to reach the Magma Spirits by going beneath the fault under the Makray.
