The Yautja Honor Code is a strict honor code followed by the Yautja in day-to-day life and while on Hunts in particular. This code is the highest law of their kind, a set of rules and requirements that approach something of a religious doctrine. The code is taken with the utmost seriousness and even talk of breaking it, no matter how light-hearted in nature, is severely frowned upon.[citation needed]
