The 1984 Coors 420 was a Winston Cup (now Nextel Cup) event held at Nashville Speedway USA on May 12, 1984. Neil Bonnett led much of the race, but teammate Darrell Waltrip grabbed the lead late and it was Waltrip holding off Bonnett for victory.
