Pol Krinn dreamed of becoming a Legionnaire like his older brother, Cosmic Boy. He joined the Legion Academy, and was eventually admitted to the Legion. His career as a Legionnaire was short, however, as he bravely sacrificed his life during the event kown as the 'Magic Wars', to save the universe from the evil Archmage.
